What Is Grease Trap Grease Trap is a plumping device designed to intercept most greases and solids before they enter a wastewater disposal system. The waste water treatment area maybe a septic tank and drain field located behind the facility or the city waste water treatment facility located miles away. They are boxes within the drain run that flows between the sinks in a kitchen sewer system. They only have kitchen waste water flowing trough them, and do not serve any other drainage system such as toilets. They can be made from many different materials, such as stainless steel and fiber. They range from 35 liter capacity to 45,000 liters and greater. All right, let's start our topic. Down below is that one catalog of our product. It's call GTA01F (Grease Trap 01 Fiber). Because of the catalog in Malay, so I'm gonna simply introduce in English for those can't understand it. GTA01F flow rate is 15 GPM per minute, and is suitable for canteen or restaurant which serve 40-150 per day. Size of GTA01F is 24"(L) x 12"(W), 12"(H) and the size of pipe is 40mm.
